North Dakota College to Offer Courses to Local Teachers

Officials at Valley City State University in North Dakota say the school will offer online technology education programs to teachers in Maryland. Valley City State says the courses will be offered under an agreement with the Maryland State Department of Education to help ease a teacher shortage in technology education.

The agreement begins this fall, and will be reviewed each year.
