Having just sent my son to college, $5000 will cover the meal plan only! This was a nice gesture, but metro needs to pny up more money...or the family should get on the wagon and get those law suits going!

....That's a nice start but how long with that measely amount last going to college. Intution is very expensive. I am going to be taking a few classes at Montgomery this fall and let me say that even the community colleges are HIGH.. in CAPITOLS!

That's nice,

but $5,000.00 will not last the whole school year (or perhaps even a semester). I think for a more ideal compensation for their losses, these young women should have all their schoolings paid for (as part of resettlements with Metro if they are ones and if that's even possible).

$5000? That won't get any college student very far.
